Payment Terms and Conditions
A. Letter of Credit(L/C)
- Irrevocable
- Draft at sight
- Available with/by bank in Indonesia upon arrangement
- Percentage total amount tolerance – 10/10
- Date and place of expiry – depends upon arrangement
- Latest date of shipment – depends upon arrangement
- Partial and transshipment allowed
- Third party document allowed
B. Telegraphic / Swift Wire Transfer (T/T)
Production starts upon a down payment of 40% (negotiable) is transferred. The balance is payable when goods are ready for shipment. Corresponding documents will be sent upon receipt of the transfer.
Order Terms
A. Full Container Load (FCL)
The minimum order is 1 X 20’ container, 10 pieces per item.
B. Telegraphic / Swift Wire Transfer (T/T)
Sample not exceeding 30 USD can be made available. Samples costing more than 30 USD shall be borne by the buyer including the shipment cost.
Production Terms
A. Material
Aged Teak, Mahogany, Mindy, and other Java hardwoods are selected for quality, each processed to under 14 percent moisture content. Our construction combines solid wood with laminated lumber core over veneer.
B. Finishing System
Craftsmen utilize hand stain and spray system and can be finished in various choices – natural, light, medium and dark brown, or at buyers specification
C. Packaging System
Using single wall corrugated carton wrap as standard packaging. Buyers can request carton box packaging at their cost.
D. Custom Design
- We accept customized designs upon buyers request.
- Buyers with personalized designs can be exclusively produced
E. Production Lead Time
Eight (8) weeks
